The Dubai Fitness Challenge is back in full swing...
And the whole city can take part in a plethora of fitness activities around town where mom, dad and even the young ones can walk, run, jump and bust a move to a healthier month ahead. Check out our picks below of some of the events where your kids can join in too.
Al Jalila Children's Speciality Hospital, along with Kidzapp, joins Dubai 30x30's fitness movement with fun-tastic activities for your whole family. Within Al Jalila Children's lush green gardens, you can bust a move to the tunes by the world’s youngest DJ, take part in Family Zumba, meet a global sports celebrity as well as get entertained by circus performers and bubble shows. And if that isn't enough, your boys and girls can blow off some steam in the Kids' Gym, tumble around bouncy castles and inflatables, and get busy with arts & crafts, slime-making, and kids' development activities. Get yourselves moving on the sandy shores of Kite Beach as it transforms into a Fitness Village. Challenge your friends to a competitive game of beachside basketball or head to the sea for an endless choice of water sports including surf rescue classes for little ones. If you’re into group workouts, head to the main stage where instructors will lead mass fitness sessions throughout the month. Over the next 30 days, this outdoor festival promenade is transformed into a huge workout space with exciting attractions such as sessions with professional fitness instructors against a backdrop of a special fitness-themed IMAGINE show, twice every evening.
