Laguna Water Park Birthdays

Laguna Waterpark Dubai - definitely the place to be if you are looking for a non pretentious, down to earth fun birthday party venue for both kids AND parents, this is definitely the one to book. We went for the platinum package which includes an e-invite, party decorations, a kids meal with slushy, 4 hours free parking, water park access after the party for all kids and a parent per child, a gift voucher for each kid at the park’s shop, a meet and greet service and entertainment. When we arrived we were met by the wonderful staff who ushered us all to a separate party area over-looking the ocean and water park, with lots of space for adults to have cups of coffee while the kids played party games with a games host. After some party games (pass the water bomb, musical statues and chairs) it was time for food which I pre-ordered. I was sent a kids menu with about 6 options, so to save any food envy I went for a round of chicken nuggets. There’s also a menu option for adults which must be pre-ordered 72 hours before the event. After the games and food it was then cake time. Marnix was desperate for some sort of crocodile cake which I organised through Magnolia Bakery. The New York bakery actually made the cake the morning of the party and delivered it to the venue too! The only part I played was sticking a giant croc head on the top. As it was made the morning of the party you can imagine how deliciously soft it was!! The party venue and cake cutting was all wrapped up after an hour and all the kids and parents then hit the water park which is made up of different areas to cater to different age ranges. There’s the splash pad area with slides, as well as a lazy river for smaller kids and then there are the big more thrilling rides for bigger kids. Oh and not forgetting the huge surf area. I love that the park is not too huge and it gets the ocean breeze. It also feels nice clean. All in all a brilliant place to celebrate birthdays, and fun for the whole family.
