Super simple ghorayeba that you can cut and shape into whatever you'd like! You can even top the cookies with cinnamon, sugar, icing and more. --INGREDIENTS-- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour 1 cup ghee 1 ½ cups powdered sugar --STEP 1-- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, sift together flour and powdered sugar. --STEP 2-- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. --STEP 3-- Add ghee to the dry mixture and mix well. --STEP 4-- Put spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet. --STEP 5-- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool off before you eat them.
