WHAT TO EXPECT

Through NIBAS along with NICAS (National Indoor Climbing Awards Scheme), your kiddos will reach high levels of improvement and excellence in climbing and climbing-specific activities.

Training Sessions focus on general and climbing-specific fitness improvement, balance and performance coordination. It engages young minds and bodies to understand and master basic movements, develop physical endurance for health improvement and well-being.

Their experienced coaches employ active fitness elements in a balanced work/play environment.

Rock Republic Dubai is an approved delivery centre for NIBAS courses, internationally recognized schemes for development of climbing and bouldering.

ABOUT ROCK REPUBLIC

The UAE’s biggest bouldering centre, Rock Republic offers a fun activity for you and your children. Bouldering is an all-round sport and a form of exercise which uses every muscle in the body, and many parts of the brain.

The centre has climbing walls of 3.5m to 4.5m high and has 40cm thick matts to land on. Both beginners and experienced climbers can enjoy this activity.
