They believe that gymnastics is not only sports but also a way to support and develop discipline. For this reason, starting gymnastics at an early age is recommended as it encourages basics which are vital to build your child's self-confidence and self-control, thus helping them become independent.

GymnastEX offers programs in Baby Gymnastics all the way up to Competitive Gymnastics.
