Booking and Arrival:
1. Advanced booking is mandatory.
2. Tickets are valid only for the designated time slot mentioned.
3. Timely arrival is essential. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled admission time, entry may be denied, or your visit may be shortened.
4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: All tickets are specific to the purchased time slot and cannot be exchanged or refunded once issued.
Ticket Exclusions: The ticket only includes general admission to RoboLand and does not cover access to:
1. Special events (e.g., planned events or stay-and-play sessions)
2. Workshops, except for the RoboThink Workshop
3. Special activations or limited-time programs
4. Exclusive programs (e.g., camps, after-school programs)
5. Birthday parties or field trips
Companionship Policy:
All children must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.
Adults must also be accompanied by a child to enter RoboLand.
Socks Policy:
RoboLand has socks-only areas. If you do not have socks, you will need to purchase a pair at reception.
