Make sure your kids get in their nutrients with this delicious smoothie! For big kids: have them measure out the ingredients. For little kids: let them drop everything into the blender and press buttons.
1 cup strawberry yoghurt
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 to 4 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
Process all ingredients in a covered blender until smooth.
