Day 1: Breakfast for beginners, everything from your "eggsential" breakfast dishes such as omelettes, poached egg, and sunny side up to homemade granola from scratch, and homemade manakeesh to top it off.
Day 2: Baking for beginners: dinner rolls, brioche buns, and pretzels
Day 3: Cuisines from around the world; teaching kids about different cuisines and their most used ingredients. Homemade gyozas (China), Naan bread (India), Fried plantains (Africa), Chicken quesadillas (South America) and Toad in the whole (UK)
Day 4: Pastry 101: from getting the perfect shortcut pastry for various tart to getting the silkiest custard filling for eclairs.
