2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup ghee
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, sift together flour and powdered sugar.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
Add ghee to the dry mixture and mix well.
Put spoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool off before you eat them.
