Hakawy Festival & Other Stage Shows Not To Miss This March

A special performance suitable for all ages showcasing Julie, Marie-Louise, Bernadette and César, 3 healthy ewes and a young ram that perform routine activities including shearing, feeding, milking and more. The show is very different as audience will wonder whther it is a dance, theater, mime or art performance.

Catch a great puppet show, suitable for all ages at Hakawy International Arts Festival for children of all ages. Kousha Puppets will tell the story of the popular and funny Aragoz. The show will take you on a new adventure for Aragoz and a street dog that takes him in to the gallows but he was able to escape.

The performance will take place at Tahrir Culture Center.

The captivating show is about a girl from the paper city and her neighbor from the shadow world. Watch how origami is used to demonstrate the adventure that will take them in an exciting journey between 2 different worlds.

Performing at Hakawy International Arts Festival for Children, Infinitus is an energetic trio playing different musical pieces suitable for all audiences. The trio will play variety of music from familiar classics to classic rock and from TV theme songs to hip-hop beat boxing.

The performance will take place at Hanager Theater on all days, but will be at Ewart on Mar 6.

Enjoy the classic fairytale of Beauty and the Beast performed by Sitara Theater. The show will be full of music, magic, puppets and masks, making for an amazing family show. The adventure begins when Beauty’s father steals a rose from a stranger’s garden which angers the Beast and afterwards Beauty becomes his prisoner for her father’s freedom. Watch how Beauty deals with the Beast in Sitara Theater's version, and whether she will learn to love him or not.

The Golden Theatre is bringing a classic -which modern day high schoolers are studying at school- to life. The Days novel by Dr. Taha Hussein will be performed on the Golden Theatre’s stage and will be a great chance for students to enjoy what they are studying, and for audiences to enjoy a great show.
