SAFETY & STAFF QUALIFICATIONS

All camp staff:
- Are minimum 16 years of age
- Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR-C
- Complete Police Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Trained in HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development
- Receive full on-site training in safety, behaviour management, communication, and emergency procedures
- Aquatic staff additionally hold:
- National Lifeguard certification
- Swim and Lifesaving Instructor credentials

- 1:1 Inclusion Support available for campers who require additional assistance
- Requests open February 3, 2026 (residents first)
- Families must request support before registering for camps
- Support requests close June 1, 2026
- Facility tours and meet-and-greets available

Withdrawals & Refunds
-------------
- Written withdrawal required at least 7 days before camp start
- No refunds after camp begins (except exceptional circumstances)
- $27 administrative fee applies
- No refunds for missed days due to illness, vacation, or weather

- Change of clothes for younger campers
