Extended care is available from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.

---- Kortright Centre for Conservation camp schedule ------

July 2 -5, August 6-9: At this "Amazing Animals" Day camp, Campers will learn about the many different types of insects, mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians that call Kortright home! In this animal-focused program all the activities, crafts, and games will be related to learning more about animal behavior, adaptations, and senses through fun, hands-on activities.

- July 8-12, July 29-August 2 "Nature Superheroes" Day Camp. After coming up with their Hero Alias and special powers, your child will learn how nature influenced superheroes, discover real-life superpowers that different plants and animals have, and ways they can help save the planet!

July 8-12, August 12-16: "Leadership Adventure" Day Camp: Join a fun-filled week of summer camp adventure while building leadership skills and teamwork.

Campers will begin to develop skills they can use in future Leadership In Training (LIT) programs as well as early job skills all while participating in fun traditional camp activities. Be active, feel great, and experience a new adventure every day!

- July 15-19, Aug 12-16, August 19-23, "Wilderness Survival" Day Camp, Learn the skills needed to survive the wilderness! Campers will build a shelter from materials found in the forest, learn how to safely make a fire, and enjoy cedar tea.

- July 22-26: "Forest Magic" Day Camp, Take a closer look at the magic the forest has to offer! Campers will make their wand, learn to make nature potions, create stories about magical creatures, and use the forest as a backdrop for mystery and magic!

August 12-16: " Art In Nature"Day Camp: Mask making, painting, music, and traditional summer camp activities are all a part of this creative week. No experience is necessary to participate.

- August 12-23 " Leaders in Training"- Day Camp: Train for a job in outdoor recreation and more! Through progressive leadership activities, exercises, and group tasks, campers are given opportunities to excel in a leadership capacity.

Use our low ropes course, learn leadership strategies, meet new friends, and participate in an overnight camping experience at one of our conservation areas.
