Our extensive taekwondo programs include sparring, self-defense, weapons, acrobatics, gymnastics, and show choreography classes that promote coordination, creativity, self-expression, and a healthy mind and body.

- After-school Programs: We’ll pick your children up from school every day and bring them to our fun and safe studio to exercise, socialize, and study. They’ll have had a very productive afternoon by the time you are ready to pick them up!

- Martial Arts Program: Our martial arts program is designed with a unique approach to athlete development. We have 3 program levels from Pulse Start, Pulse Combat, and Pulse Performance all of which have a different focus and outcome for the athlete. It is through this structure and philosophy of training that we can consistently outperform students from other schools at tournaments and competitions.

- Birthday Parties: Have a birthday party like no other with our ninja warrior martial arts birthday package! The birthday child and friends will learn, taekwondo, karate moves, break boards, and even cut the cake with a real sword!!
