Academy of Martial Arts - Brampton Central Dojo is located in the heart of Downtown Brampton on Main St.

We offer martial arts classes for ages 5+, Tai Chi for Adults, and Pilates classes.

KIDS PROGRAMS

- Tykes Inspiring Love| Ages 3 – 4

Our Tykes classes are parent involved, the parent and child are partners. These classes are structured around the basics of karate and family connection. Classes are fun, active, and designed to develop a deeper connection between parents and kids. We are also working on preparing the kids to be in the older class on their own.

- Kids Inspiring Focus | Ages 5 – 7

Our Kids' classes are structured around the specific needs of this young group. Classes are fun, active, and designed to develop focused defensive skills, which promote confidence. Awareness and confidence are critical qualities to have when our children are dealing with bullying situations.

Youth Inspiring Confidence | Ages 8 – 11

Real achievements are stepping stones towards confidence. Youth classes are structured to test the abilities of this group in a safe and positive environment. The physical skills your children will learn in this class are easily transferable to other activities such as hockey, baseball, and soccer.

Teens, Inspiring Leaders | Ages 12- 17
Training with peers, these classes are physical, challenging, and compel students to step forward. These classes are separated into Youth and Teen groups.

Kids Camps: The Brampton AMA Camps are held all Summer, during March Break, and Christmas Holidays. Karate camp for kids is much more than karate. Social Games, Bully Prevention, Fitness, Goal Setting, Outdoor Activities. Each week is a different theme, all our martial arts training, games, arts, and crafts will be based around the theme of the week
