Kelso Lavender Farm is a family-run lavender farm in Milton, Ontario. Established in 2017, the farm is home to over 25,000 lavender plants and counting. This is one of the popular attractions and close to other attractions such as Kelso Conservation, Hilton Falls, rattlesnake point, Crawford Lake, and OLG Mohawk Woodbine Race Track. ------ WHAT TO DO AT THE FARM ------ - Take photos in our fields and with our props (arch, chairs, wagon, and giant Muskoka chair) Have a picnic on a blanket or at one of the picnic tables Enjoy the ice cream Visit the store where they sell a variety of lavender items that they make with lavender. ------- What You Should Bring ---------- - Sunscreen, comfortable shoes (our farm is very hilly and bumpy!), sunglasses, and/or a hat. - An umbrella is recommended for shade or possible rain. - Amateur handheld cameras, selfies sticks, as well as your cell phone for taking photographs are encouraged! Tripods and drones are prohibited. - We sell refreshments such as: lavender ice cream, lavender ice pops! ------- KNOW BEFORE YOU GO ------- - They are open rain or shine from June 15th until August 15th, please book your tickets online now! - Lavender bloom is at its peak during the month of July. They grow several different lavender species- at different times some may be more in bloom than others. English lavender's peak is late June to mid-July, whereas French lavender's bloom is mid-July to early August. - The maximum time limit is 2 hours! Those who have booked tickets will be granted priority to our parking lot. - This is a pesticide-free and herbicide-free farm. A smoke-free and alcohol-free farm. - Drones, and any other disruptive activities (such as kite-flying) are strictly prohibited on the farm. - Dogs and pets are NOT permitted on the farm, exceptions may be made for service animals.
