GameWheelz arrives with a fully equipped mobile gaming truck, complete with the latest consoles, popular titles, LED lighting, and stadium-style seating. Kids get to play together in a thrilling, interactive environment, all supervised by experienced gaming coaches, so parents can simply sit back and enjoy the celebration. ------ HOW IT WORKS ----- - The GameWheelZ truck arrives at your home or chosen venue, and they’ll set up ahead of time so everything’s ready. - It accommodates up to 16 kids at once - all playing in a comfortable, focused space. - An experienced “Game Coach” is on-site to supervise, help with games and ensure everyone enjoys themselves. - An experienced “Game Coach” is on-site to supervise, help with games and ensure everyone enjoys themselves. - The truck requires a parking space roughly equivalent to 3-4 car lengths at or near your venue. - While based in Toronto (GTA), GameWheelZ can travel beyond for an additional fee. -------- PARTY PACKAGES -------- - Platinum Package: 2 hours, up to 16 players. - Gold/“Up to 25 players” Package: 2 hours, up to 25 players - Diamond/”Unlimited Players” Package: 2 hours for unlimited guests. - Extra time: You can add additional hours beyond 2 hours at the rate of approximately $150/hr. Deposit & Charges: A deposit of ~$100 is required to secure your date/time. Holiday surcharge: On statutory holidays, an extra ~$70 applies. Inclusions: A mobile video-game truck arrives at your chosen venue/home Library of popular multiplayer games for different ages.
