The Burlington Gymnastics Club offers a variety of gymnastics programs for children of all ages and skill levels.

RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS

RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS

• Active Start (Ages 18 months-5 years) - Parented and independent classes that introduce movement, balance, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills through fun activities.

• Rhythmic Gymnastics (Ages 3-12 years) – Learn rhythmic gymnastics using ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and clubs while developing flexibility, coordination, and creativity.

• Fundamentals (Ages 6 -13 years) - Build foundational gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, and tumbl trak in a fun, progressive environment.

• Learn to Train (Ages 6-14 years) - Advance gymnastics techniques, strength, and confidence while refining skills across multiple apparatus.

• Tumbling (Ages 6-14 years) - Focus on rolls, cartwheels, handsprings, flips, and acrobatic skills using spring floors and tumbling equipment.

• Performance Team (Ages 7-16 years) - Advanced recreational program for gymnasts looking to develop higher-level skills and perform in showcases (tryout required).

COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS
For children who demonstrate higher skill levels and are interested in pursuing gymnastics.These require tryouts and involve regular training and participation in competitions.

CAMPS
Gymnastics camps during school holidays, such as summer, winter, and March Break. These camps include a mix of gymnastics training, games, and fun activities.

SPECIALITY PROGRAMS

• Tumbling Classes: Focuses on learning and improving tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, back handsprings, and flips.

• Parkour Classes: Combines gymnastics with parkour skills for children interested in obstacle-style training.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

• Hosted at the Maple Gymnastics Centre.
• Gym participants must be at least 4 years old.
• Parents are not permitted on the gym floor.
• Bare feet, tied-back hair, fitted clothing, and no jewellery are required.
• A signed Gymnastics Ontario waiver is required for all participants.
• Birthday families provide decorations.
